REFUNDS & RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We apologize that the products did not meet your expectations. We want to ensure that you have a positive experience at Lia’s Room, which is why we are here to help. Please send us an email at contact@liasroom.com or through our contact form page within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, the name of the products, and the reason for dissatisfaction. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days from the product's delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Our refund policy is based on the delivery day. Not purchase day.

  • Rules for shipping cost refunds are listed below.
  • Returns that have not been authorized in advance will not be accepted.

Out of stock items:

We will immediately issue a refund to your credit card or original mode of payment if the item you ordered is out of stock within 7 to 10 days.

Damages, issues or wrong product:

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee on products that are faulty or damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our contact form page with pictures and videos included if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: You must notify us of any issues within 7 days from the date of delivery based on the tracking information. If the wrong item was delivered or if you ordered the wrong product, we will refund your entire transaction, including shipping charges. 

Non-Delivery Items:

Any item that isn't delivered within 45 days of the order date is eligible for a refund right away. Please get in touch with us here for a refund if you haven't received your items after 45 days.

If applicable, we'll give you a refund if:

  •  45 days after the order date, your products have still not arrived.

  • Your items' tracking information indicates that they were delivered to another address rather than yours.

Currently, the customer will be liable if the tracking information indicates that your order has been "delivered successfully" (both track signature & non-signature) to the shipping address that you have given us but you have not yet received your things.

Exchanges:

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right for you. The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). Please contact us here to initiate a return for the items you wish to send back. Please include your order number(s) and items that you would like to return by mail. 

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here.

Note: Original shipping costs are not refundable and won't be reflected in your refund.

Incorrect shipping address:

We reserve the right to charge you a shipping cost before sending your purchase again or issuing a refund if it is returned to us owing to an erroneous mailing address or any other error or carelessness on your side.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs if they had a change of mind.

Warranty policy:

How long does the coverage last?

We have a 45 day limited warranty policy meaning 45 days upon receiving your product. 

What is covered?

Faulty manufacturing or broken after use.

What is not covered? 

The limited warranty excludes any damage caused by the customer attempting to fix or altering the product.

The limited warranty does not warrant that the product won’t become obsolete at some point in the future.

 

Return Address

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the order is processed. You will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled before it is processed. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel the order once the item has been sent out for delivery. You will need to receive the item and then request a return.
